Ultimate Human Performance (UHP) Stretch Method, is an interactive and assisted form of treatment between the client and specialist. In this workshop we will move through some of the basic building blocks in both the upper and lower body. We will work towards increasing ranges of motion and decrease pain and tension through static holds and rest periods. The main emphasis will be on relieving joints and muscles from the ongoing tension of daily living, pregnancy, injury and overuse. This method is for anyone and any body committed to dedicating their time and efforts towards injury recovery, pain reduction or performance enhancement.

This method has worked to relieve sciatica, hip tightness, shoulder tension, neck pain, headaches/migraines and plantar fasciitis as well as much more. This method is safe for a pregnant body.


Fascial Stretch Therapy Initial Assessment

This is a 90 minute session that includes a full flexibility and range of motion assessment, health and body history and a stretch of your main areas of concern.
