This workshop targets the most common limitations in runners — tight hip flexors, restricted ankle mobility, overworked calves, limited thoracic rotation, and underperforming glutes. We’ll work through mobility drills, guided flexibility work, and recovery strategies designed to improve stride efficiency and reduce overuse strain.

This performance enhancement workshop is designed for athletes who cut, pivot, accelerate, and decelerate.
We’ll focus on improving mobility, flexibility, and joint range while identifying and addressing common weak links that limit speed, reaction time, and change of direction. Through guided mobility work, targeted recovery techniques, and sport-specific movement prep, you’ll restore balance in the body and reduce unnecessary tension that slows you down.
This isn’t a strength session — it’s a performance optimization session.
You’ll leave feeling:
More mobile through hips, ankles, and shoulders.
Faster in transitions and directional changes.

Fascial Stretch Therapy Initial Assessment
This is a 90 minute session that includes a full flexibility and range of motion assessment, health and body history and a stretch of your main areas of concern. A 45 minute follow up stretch session will be booked at time of initial assessment (this is included as part of the initial assessment)
Fascial Stretch Therapy - or FST - is a pain-free stretch session that utilizes stabilization straps to best obtain traction and active release. As our specialists release the fascia they move through a gentle flow targeting not just one muscle, but entire lines of muscles and joints to traction out, open up and release tension. FST is designed to retrain the fascia to hold “new memories” of how it can achieve function with increased range, mobility and stability.

*6 Week Class Program ONLY SIGN UP FOR FIRST DAY AND WE WILL POPULATE THE REMAINING 5 WEEKS**
Tight, cranky, and not moving like you used to? If your body feels stiff, stuck, or mildly offended… this stretch class is for you. In a small, hands-on group setting, we combine therapist-guided stretching, deep release, and dynamic movement to ease pain, melt tension, and get your body moving the way it actually wants to. No boring stretching allowed.
The main emphasis will be on relieving joints and muscles from the ongoing tension of daily living, pregnancy, injury and overuse. This method is for anyone and any body committed to dedicating their time and efforts towards injury recovery, pain reduction or performance enhancement.
This method has worked to relieve sciatica, hip tightness, shoulder tension, neck pain and plantar fasciitis as well as much more. We have worked with a number of pregnant clients that now use their personalized stretch flow as a form of pain management and prevention.
